Returns and Exchanges

Returns 
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tag.

Types of goods are exempted from being exchanged such as swimwear and lingerie for hygienic reasons. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Perfumes 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds not applicable 

Unfortunately we do not give refunds due to the cost or packaging shipping and handling, we are a small business and cannot afford to cover the above costs.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to size , send us an email at admin@reckless.co.za and send your item to: Rebel Rose Boutique (LTD)PTY, Cnr Soetdoring and Camaro street Bassonia, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 21900, South Africa.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rebel Rose Boutique (LTD)PTY, Cnr Soetdoring and Camaro street Bassonia, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 21900, South Africa 

RECKLESS THREADS will cover the shipping costs for returning your item for exchange, but only 1 exchange per order. If the item should be returned again for exchange we will charge for delivery and collection (price dependant on area).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
